HOW DOES INTEGRATION WORK?
Our Team works with yours to connect databases, customize the connection, and facilitate the collection, verification, and distribution of appropriate information to be reviewed and approved for placement into ProgressBook.
IS THIS A TWO-WAY INTEGRATION?
Yes! The FinalForms and ProgressBook databases will be connected allowing the Gatekeeper Interface to display values from both systems. The Administrator may choose to approve a real-time push of data from FinalForms to ProgressBook or copy a value from ProgressBook into FinalForms.
WILL THIS INTEGRATION HELP US WITH NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT?
Yes! The FinalForms team will help you change your new student enrollment processes from lenghty meetings to simple, streamlined interactions with minimal requirements.
DO I HAVE TO USE THE INTEGRATION IF I AM A FINALFORMS CUSTOMER?
No! You can choose whether to turn the ProgressBook integration on or not. You can use the powerful Gatekeeper Interface as a checkpoint before pushing data real-time (integrated) or copying data (non-integrated) into ProgressBook.
WHAT IF WE ALREADY WORK WITH FINALFORMS?
Great! If you’re an ‘Athletic-Only’ customer, we can quickly expand to serve your entire K-12 district. If you’re already an ‘Academic+Athletic’ customer, you can decide whether to use the Gatekeeper Interface as a fully integrated, or checkpoint, feature.
