As a team of former coaches and administrators, we've been in your shoes. That's why we created the equipment feature. The equipment feature allows you to issue out gear to athletes as well as collect gear at the end of each season or school year.
How does it work?
There are two methods of setting up your equipment list.
- Upload a CSV file of your current inventory
- Enter in each item individually
What can I view?
- Total Worth
- What equipment has been issued out
- What equipment has been issued in
- Name
- Internal ID
- Condition
- Which item belongs to which sport team
How do I collect equipment?
When it comes to collecting equipment, you have two email options available to you:
- Send an automatic reminder email to student and parents
- Send a personalized email to students and parents
