WHERE DOES IT APPEAR?
If pronunciation notes are entered, the notes will appear on the:
- Student’s profile page
- Student’s Name in any mode
- Full Roster
- Roster History exports such as Sports, Groups, Activities, and in the Full Student CSV Export
HOW DOES IT WORK?
When creating a student’s profile, you can click ‘add pronunciation guide’ which allows you to input the correct pronunciation. If you’re having trouble, we offer a phonetic cheat sheet as well.
WHO CAN VIEW IT?
This information is available on the student's profile page, in rosters, and at the Athletic Association level.
